On 3rd, March 3, 2017, the research group comprising of Mr. Ma Jun, Director of Enterprise Institute of Development Research Center of the State Council , Doctor Qiao Lu of Business College of the University of International Business and Economics and the representatives of some major enterprises visited Xi’an Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone and made an investigation on the work of economic reform and transition. During the investigation, the research group accompanied by the leaders of the Administrative Commission of Xi’an Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone and Pioneering Research and Development Park also visited R&D Center of Libang Enterprise founded by a group of returning brains.

In the accompany of Mr. Chen Tao, Chairman of Libang Healthcare Group, the research group visited R&D Center of Libang Enterprise. Mr. Chen Tao introduced the featured products and the R&D situation: Propofol Injection, Alprostadil Injection, Medium and Long Chain Fat Emulsion Injection, medical deveices “Non-invasive Continuous Instantaneous Blood Pressure Monitor and Donning Sterile Gloves Machine, what’s more, Mr. Chen Tao emphasized on Libang’s self-developed new drug-LMR-101 in detail. After having listened to the R&D situation and future plan of Libang Enterprise, the research group fully agreed with innovative ideas.

Soon aferwards, the research group held discussions with the representatives of some major enterprises on entrepreneurial environment and government supportive policies. As the representive of Libang Enterprise, Mr. Chen Tao expressed heartfelt thanks to the government for its care and support to overseas returnees; elaborated the significant influence of supportive policies on the pioneering enterprises and put forward the idea of “Supportive polices to attact talents and high-quality service to retain talents”, which had been recognized and highly appreciated by the research group.
